- Customized, made-to-order, and personalized jewellery pieces require 7 business days for crafting before dispatch.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

- Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹3,000.
- Standard delivery: 3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- Delivery timelines typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video.
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
