Product Exchange Policy:
You may request an exchange for your purchase under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that does not match the item mentioned in your order confirmation email.
- Defective Product: In case the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our care team within 48 hours of delivery, providing the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for exchange, and if applicable, include an image of the defective or incorrect product.
Once we receive your request, our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects (if any). Following that, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone to discuss the necessary action.
Please ensure that the product is returned within 10 days from the date of advice by our Customer Service Department. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition with all components intact.
Colors:
While we strive to display the colors of our products on Fusio as accurately as possible, please note that variations may occur due to differences in computer screens, tablets, and mobile devices.
Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address:
Kindly provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We regret that refunds cannot be offered for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Additionally, if our shipping agency makes three failed delivery attempts or if the recipient refuses the package, we cannot provide refunds in such cases.

Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Time Frame: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processed and prepared for shipping.
How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone Number] as soon as possible. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the cancellation.
2. Order Cancellation by Meraki Designs
Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
The item is out of stock.
There are issues with the payment method.
There is an error in the product listing or pricing.
Notification: In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. If the order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Timing: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Non-Cancelable Items
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” cannot be canceled or returned.

Modification Requests: If you need to change your order (such as altering the size, color, or quantity of an item), please contact us immediately. While we strive to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made once the order has been processed.
